Delivery, Return / Exchanges, Terms and Conditions

Free Delivery for orders over $150

Free delivery is applicable for all orders over $150 within Australia. Once you 'Proceed To Checkout' you will be able to select "Free Shipping" as your delivery method.

Australia Wide Delivery $8.50

GOSH charges a flat rate of $8.50 even if you order multiple items. We know how exciting it can be to receive your new purchases so we aim to get your goods out to you within 1-2 working days in metro areas and 1-5 working days for country/rural areas.

Orders will be delivered by Courier or Express Post dependent on your location. Please provide a daytime address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. 

Guaranteed Express Post Delivery

If you need your order urgently, an Express Post option is available for an additional $2 upon checkout.

International Delivery

International Delivery is available by Airmail or Express Courier International to the following regions:

New Zealand:		AUD$16.50 -  Airmail/Courier
Asia-Pacific, USA, UK & Europe delivery:	AUD$30.00 -  Airmail	AUD$47.00 -  International Courier

Returns / Exchanges

You may return/exchange any purchased item which is new and still in its original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition. We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know your intention to exchange/refund by emailing  sales@goshcelebrityfashion.com.au. We will email you a Return Form that needs to be completed and sent off with your return. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. For exchanges, we will resend the new item for free without any additional charges.

Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs. 

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
